The Central Illinois Jazz Society is a non-profit organization open to anyone who enjoys jazz. You do not have to be a musician to be a member. The Society’s aim is to further the appreciation and quality of jazz in Central Illinois. We do this by providing opportunities for jazz artists to play and for jazz lovers to enjoy their favorite music.

All income from memberships and concerts goes entirely to support the performances. None of our officers or committee members are paid. Members are entitled to reduced admission at the monthly concerts and at special programs sponsored by CIJS.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

Members receive a concert announcement postcard, updates and early notifications of events and registrations, as well as a reduced rate for attending our programs. They are also the reason the organization exists and is able to promote such amazing local artists.

Family Membership $50.00

APPLICATION MATCHING GIFTS

Employees and retirees of organizations with Matching Gift programs are encouraged to complete the Matching Gift forms for their organizations so that the Jazz Society can benefit from such programs.

NON-PROFIT STATUS

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, contributions to the Central Illinois Jazz Society are tax-deductible according to applicable laws.
